How To Set Up Your Store

STEP 1: FILL IN THE VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

STEP 2: CREATE A PAYFAST ACCOUNT

If you do not have a Payfast Account yet – you will need to apply at Payfast.io
Once your Payfast Account is finalised you can find your Merchant ID on your Payfast Dashboard.

STEP 3: VENDOR APPROVAL

Your vendor request will be sent for approval.

Once approved you will receive an email confirming your application approval.

Click on the link to proceed with your Store setup.

STEP 4: STORE SETUP

Click on Let’s go to start your store setup

STEP 5: PAYFAST MERCHANT ID

Insert your Payfast Merchant ID (see Step 2)

STEP 6: SET UP YOUR STORE POLICIES

Supply your Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy.

You may also use the Replay Toys standard policies if you wish.

STEP 7: ENSURE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS ARE CORRECT

Double check all your contact details and amend as needed.

STEP 8: GO TO YOUR DASHBOARD

Once you have completed your store setup you can start adding Products and start selling!
