How To Add Shipping / Delivery Options

STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR DASHBOARD

STEP 3: ADD YOUR PROCESSING TIME

Select from the dropdown menu – how long it will take you to arrange the delivery / shipping of the product(s)

In the Shipping Type dropdown menu – select Shipping by Zone (this is set to only allow for shipping within South Africa)

STEP 4: SHIPPING METHOD

You can now click on Add Shipping Method to add your first shipping option

Note: you can add as many options as required

From the dropdown menu – you can select either: Flat Rate / Local Pickup (collection) or Free Shipping.

After selection you can click on the button (Add Shipping Method) and you will be redirected back to the Shipping Dashboard.

STEP 6: EDIT SHIPPING METHOD

Once you have added your Shipping Method – you need to edit it.

Go to the Shipping Method you have just created and click on Edit.

  1. You can change your Shipping Method Title (ie Courier / Send with Paxi etc…)
  2. Add the cost to ship with this method.
  3. Add a description for your shipping method.
  4. Once done click Save Method Settings.
You can add as many shipping options as required.

Please note: If you have heavier items that requires more expensive shipping options – please follow the additional steps below***

Shipping Classes: For Heavier / Bigger Parcels

STEP 1: EDIT SHIPPING METHOD

To add a SHIPPING CLASS – You need to edit your Shipping Method(s).

Go to the Shipping Method(s) you have just created and click on Edit.

STEP 2: ADD ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR YOUR SHIPPING CLASS(ES)

The costs added below will be added to your standard cost (shown with the arrow).

You can add up to 8 additional shipping costs (but only one will be used per product so add the full additional required amount.

Once done scroll down and click on the SAVE METHOD SETTINGS button.

STEP 3: ADD YOUR SHIPPING CLASS TO YOUR PRODUCT

On your Product Dashboard – scroll down and click on Shipping.

Select the appropriate SHIPPING CLASS for your product.

Submit / Save your product as Draft if you’re not ready to publish yet.
